PETE JONES is an internationally published commercial and advertising photographer with over 14 years of experience. His refined urban sensibilitites have garnered such clients as Levis and Shanghai Tang, while his ability to capture the grace, power and fluidity of the human form have won praise from such clients as Nike and New Balance. He illuminates his subjects with his magical and carefree sense of light, always keeping an open mind and sense of adventure on location and on set. His assignments have brought him to such exotic locations as Tahiti, Jamaica, Mexico and many countries throughout Asia. Pete is conversant in both Mandarin and German. He graduated from Southern University of Illinois Carbondale (SIUC) in 1986, and after a brief stint in the US Army, found his true calling as a photographer. He is based in San Francisco and New York.
